All required files are annotated and self-contained within this page (apart from the demo images).
For demonstration purposes the idle-load content is configured to appear as it reaches 1/2 of the display height, and with large images, so you can see them included. In reality I'd suggest changing that to below the visible area, unless you're adding special FX.
